Personal Booking Policy
My appointments are personal, one-on-one services at my
one-chair barbershop. When you reserve an appointment,
that time is set aside specifically for you.
I respect the time and money every client invests in my
service, and I’m committed to being prepared, present,
and ready for your scheduled appointment. In return,
I ask for the same consideration when canceling or rescheduling.
Full Prepayment
Full payment is required when booking. Your selected appointment time is reserved once payment is completed through Square.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Changes Within 12 Hours
Appointments canceled or changed within 12 hours are nonrefundable. This includes moving the appointment to another date or time.
Emergencies
I understand that genuine emergencies happen. Those situations may be considered individually, but exceptions are not guaranteed.
This policy is built on mutual respect. Your time matters, your money matters, and the time I reserve specifically for your service matters too.
